What you monitor
- Recorded HPD activity and the official record around each property
- Dispatch calls for service and traffic incidents recorded in the area
- Community reports residents filed nearby, a separate record that can include activity with no official record, such as lost items and pets
- Where activity concentrated within the area, per-capita with the error bars
- Collisions and road events recorded around your sites, and weather alerts issued for Oahu
- Each building registered by address on Places: what was recorded within about a quarter and a half mile, in a table you can sort
- Island power outages recorded during the period, against Hawaiian Electric's own published reliability record since 2010 (on islandwide plans)
What it refuses to do. No safety score, no grade, no ranking, no forecast, and never a judgment about a person or address. It describes what was recorded and reported. The conclusions stay yours.
