What it cannot tell you
It is never spliced onto the neighborhood incident record, and it is never graded. Because it is county-level and annual, it cannot speak to a specific neighborhood or month. Where the FBI and state series disagree (they sometimes do, for definitional reasons), both are shown and labeled by source rather than reconciled.
